The PSHE curriculum is based largely on SEAL (Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning) materials from the National Strategies. We aim for our children to become confident and caring individuals. PSHE also forms part of many areas of the curriculum and indeed the school day as we deal with the issues that most affect the pupils and their future life choices. Class teachers teach PSHE and Citizenship throughout the school using a wide range of active and engaging teaching methods that enable pupils to acquire knowledge, learn new skills and discuss their own views, attitudes and values. Activities include circle times, role play, debates and quizzes.
